 SPOTTED! Kim Kardashian, a vision of orange + black. We fell in love with that orange tulip skirt that has layered drapes. It's definitely chic enough for the red carpet. Lucky us, we found a dress with the similar drape-like quality. ;D    Scallop drapes that form within a tulip dress is not only body hugging but really flattering as well.
